Workshops Cancellations policy:

No-show, "change of mind," or non-attendance at an event means losing your ticket cost.

Please note: Refunds are typically not required by law under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are mandatory only if the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser Spacegirl Designs.

Key points regarding no-show refunds in Australia:

Spacegirl Designs states that failing to attend workshop will result in a forfeit of the ticket, as the spot was reserved.

If you cancel before the event booking closes, You may be able to revieve a full refund, how ever if you cancel past the closing dates 7 days prior to the event you will only recieve a partial refund. Cancellations 24 hours before event are non refundable. No shows and same day cancellations are non refundable.

Spacegirl Designs states that you are entitled to a refund if the event is cancelled or, in some cases, if the date or headline act changes. Spacegirl Designs will reach out to rebook event, if you do not wish to join the new date a full refund will be issued.

If you failed to attend due to circumstances outside of your control, it is advised to check with Spacegirl designs for any limited, exceptional circumstances. 

Spacegirl Designs is accomodations for special situations, how ever it is at her disgression to choose these circumstanes. Please reach out via email for further information.

Refunds for Products:

Spacegirl Designs will comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and issue refund, repair, and replacement on product if faulty, or “major” problems occuer.

You have the right to apply for a refund if the product has a major problem: it is unsafe, significantly different from the description or images or does not do what it is intended for.

A major problem means the product would not have been bought if the consumer knew the extent of the issue, it cannot be fixed, or it is unsafe.

Businesses are generally not required to offer a refund if you simply change your mind, find it cheaper elsewhere, or ordered the wrong size/colour. However, please reach out and ask as Spacegirl Designs may be able to issue a different size or colour on some items. Commissioned one off pieces do not fit this description.

You must show you bought the product in Australia, typically via a receipt, bank statement, or lay-by agreement.

You have the exact same rights on sale items as you do for full-price items.

Refunds should generally be provided in the same form as the original payment.

Recipients of gifts have the same consumer rights as the original buyer. Please provide recipet on application of refund.

Steps to Take
If a product fails, contact Spacegirl Designs directly via email, please add your reciept, image of the item and information of the issue including your name.

Sapcegirl designs will offer to provide a solution to fix the item, offer a new item or comply with full refund.

Conditions that will NOT be refunded:

You have worn your item, and damaged the item after buying.

You choose wrong sizing when ordering a commission one of piece.

You Choose wrong colour for desired product.

You have changed your mind about an item post ordering and deliviery.

General wear and tare is not accepted under fauly.

Refunds for damages can not be made past 30 days and not if the tags are removed and signs of wear are made.

Please note: Damage can happen during transit, if you recieve a package with fault to the outside of the parcel, please take a photo before opening and send to Spacegirl Designs. If the item or product has been damged in transit I need imagery of the damages to the box or parcel before applying for a refund.
